Important Warranty Info

  • Customer will be responsible for the SHIPPING COST(S) of warranty replacements (Warranty is offered by the manufacturer, we will do the legwork and deal with the manufacturer so that you don't have to.)
  • Manufacturer may request for the product in question to be sent back to them for inspection. (The shipping cost of this may be on the customer)
  • Please ensure pictures being sent are clear and legible to prevent delays
  • Warranty turn around times may vary depending on manufacturer and/or available stock
  • We (Evolution Sports Excellence) do not decide if the warranty claim will be approved. The manufacturer is the one who will approve or deny the claim.

BAT WARRANTY CLAIMS

To begin a bat warranty claim please include the following images. (Examples are below)

  1. Photo or digital copy of your proof of purchase (Receipt)

1. a) If you do not have your receipt please include the Name & Phone Number of the order

Return Policies

A $5 Cad charge will be taken off the refund price to cover CC purchase fees!

To assure you are fully satisfied with every item you purchase from https://www.evolutionsportsexcellence.com/ you may return an item within 30 days following the reception of your order for a full refund.

To initiate a return, you must contact Customer Care at 587-410-4530 or marketing@evolutionsportinggoods.com.

 Note: You cannot return your order unless you complete this step. 

Return Instructions

Please allow up to 48-72 hours before contacting us to allow us to process your request.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. (Expense of the customer unless an error was made on our end.)

We cannot accept C.O.D. (Charge on Delivery) deliveries. 

Note: If Returning Items From Outside Canada, Duties Fees Will Be Taken Off The Refund Amount.

  1. Contact Customer Care at 587-410-4530 or marketing@evolutionsportinggoods.com. A Customer Care representative will initiate your return
  2. To ensure a refund, the item(s) must be returned in perfect condition, unused and unworn, in its original packaging and with any paperwork, parts and/or accessories it came with to ensure a refund (a product considered in perfect condition will have all its labels and tags still attached to the item).
  3. Remove all extra labels from the outside of the box.
  4. Send the return package to the address indicated on the email you received from the Customer Care Team.

 

We recommend that you use an insured and traceable shipping method for your return package and that you keep the return tracking number for your records. We will not be responsible for damaged, misdirected or lost return packages.

All items must be returned unused/unworn, in original product packaging and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit.

To receive credit, items must be returned within 30 days of the order date . The postmark date of the return package will be considered the return date.

You can expect a refund, in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned item(s).

The Evolution Sports Excellence Online Return Policy applies only to purchases made on https://www.evolutionsportsexcellence.com/.

Return/ Cancelation Exceptions

Our Online Return Policy does not apply to all items.

Certain products are exempt to our Online Return Policy. Exemptions are as follows:

Base Layers, Undergarment, Jock Straps and Mouth Guards - For hygienic reasons, all base layers, undergarments, jock straps and mouth guards are final sale and are not eligible for a return.

Skate Modifications - Sharpened and/or custom fitted skates are not eligible for a return. Do not sharpen or custom fit your skates until you are certain your purchase is final.

Stick Modifications - Hockey Sticks - Returns are not accepted for taped hockey sticks or cut-down (sized) hockey sticks.

Gift Cards- Gift cards purchased online or in store are unable to be canceled.

Custom Gloves Orders- Once Glove Has Been Ordered Through customizer It is directly sent to Ralwings & CAN NOT Be Canceled PLEASE ENSURE You double check all options before placing your order.

Custom Apparel Orders- Once Apparel Order Has Been Sent In It Cannot Be Canceled. 

Defective Item

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact Customer Care at 587-410-4530 or warranty@evolutionsportinggoods.com. You must contact Customer Care before attempting to return the defective item to avoid any associated shipping fees. Failure to contact Customer Care prior to shipping the item to be returned, will result in the sender being responsible for all return shipping charges.

Please prepare a detailed description and provide supporting photographs of the damage or defect before contacting Customer Care to help describe the issue.

Wrong Item, Color or Size

You must contact Customer Care before attempting to return the item to avoid any associated shipping fees. Failure to contact Customer Care prior to shipping the item to be returned, will result in the sender being responsible for all return shipping charges.

Exchanging an Item

Please allow up to 48-72 hours before contacting us to allow us to process your request.

Please note, no exchanges are accepted, products must be returned for a refund only if deemed unsatisfactory and a new replacement order must be placed. If you wish to exchange an item, you must first return the item by following our Return Instructions and order a new item at www.evolutionsportsexcellence.com/.
